November and December
The Stash
Every in-stock game you buy in November and December fills up your Stash. In January it turns into a discount code you can spend however you like.

From 1 November to 31 December, in-stock games at full price.

From 2% to 5% of what you pay, depending on how much you spend in the month.

From 7 January to 28 February, on one order of at least €60.
How much you earn
Each month counts on its own. The more you spend in the month, the higher the rate.
Example. €250 of games in November and €340 in December: a customer gets a €11.80 code, a FrogVIP gets €29.00, on top of the 12% already saved at checkout.
Go FrogVIP and your Stash goes up
12% off every order straight away, and your Stash moves to the VIP column: up to 5% plus Double Up. Join by 31 December and November counts too.
What counts
Counts
- In-stock games at full price.
- Even with the 12% FrogVIP discount or the club member discount: they are not deals.
- In a mixed order, the in-stock games.
Doesn't count
- Pre-orders, ever.
- Deals: struck-through prices, FrogDeal, FrogRush, special VIP offers, promos like Black Friday.
- Shipping, gift cards and the FrogVIP membership.
Questions
What counts
I'm FrogVIP: does the 12% discount make a game a deal?
No. The base FrogVIP discount is not a deal, so the game counts. Your level is set on the full price, so the 12% never drops you a level. The rate is applied to what you actually paid.
What about VIP-only offers like FrogRush?
They don't count. They are deals, like FrogDeal and struck-through prices: you already got the discount. The Stash is for full-price games.
I bought during a promo and my Stash didn't move.
Promo purchases don't count. In January, though, you can spend your code on deals too.
My order includes a pre-order.
Only the in-stock games count. The pre-order stays out, even if it arrives before Christmas.
I paid with a gift card or FrogCoins.
A gift card is a normal payment, so it counts. FrogCoins lower what you pay, so they lower the base of the calculation too.
I returned a game.
The return takes that game out of your Stash. If your code is already out and you haven't used it yet, it gets updated.
FrogVIP
When do I count as FrogVIP?
One date only: midnight on 31 December. If you're FrogVIP on that day, all of November and December is calculated at VIP rates. If you're not, it's calculated at customer rates.
I join FrogVIP in mid-December.
Your whole Stash moves to VIP rates, including orders placed before you joined.
My FrogVIP expires before 31 December.
Renew by the 31st and your Stash stays VIP. If you don't renew, it's calculated at customer rates: the 12% you saved at checkout is still yours.
I join in January.
The 12% starts right away, but this year's Stash stays at customer rates.

Your code
Where do I find it?
From 7 January on your orders page and by email. Until then you can watch your Stash grow there, order by order.
Can I split it across orders?
No: it's used in one order, all at once, by 28 February. Whatever you don't use is lost.
What can I spend it on?
Everything, deals included, except pre-orders. Your cart needs at least €60 of in-stock games.
I ordered with two different emails.
That's two separate Stashes, they don't add up. You use the code by logging in with the email you ordered with.
Clubs and associations
I'm a club member.
You take part as an individual, with your own account, like any customer. The member discount is not a deal, so your purchases count.
What about the club's own purchases?
No. Orders placed with the club's account, meaning group purchases, are not part of the Stash. Each member takes part on their own.
The Stash is issued as a personal discount code, valid on one order of at least €60 of in-stock games, from 7 January to 28 February 2027. It is calculated in early January on orders paid between 1 November and 31 December 2026. Amounts in the examples are indicative.
