One thing to know
The plan discounts do not apply to games already on sale. On those the sale price stays exactly as you see it: the 12% and the 10% do not stack on top. Only the 2% in FrogCoin comes back — and those build up on everything you buy.
FrogCoin are not an instant discount: they build up on your account and you use them whenever you like. A hundred are worth 1 €, and they can be redeemed from 300 up — that is, from 3 € off, not below.

Worth knowing about FrogCoin
They can be spent from 300 up, that is from 3 € off — not below. And they expire after six months without use.
The terms
- It is a digital service
- Nothing physical ships and there is no delivery: VIP is activated on your FroGames account.
- Active immediately, therefore non-refundable
- Activation is immediate on purchase. By requesting immediate performance you lose the right of withdrawal: the plan cannot be refunded or cancelled once active.
- No auto-renewal
- You pay once, that's it: we never charge you again. When it ends, you decide whether to come back.
- Tied to your account
- It only applies to the account you bought it with. It cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else.
- FrogCoin are not money
- They only convert into discount codes on our site, from 300 points up. They cannot be exchanged for cash and expire after six months without use.
- Where the plan discounts apply
- The 12% and the 10% apply to games that do not already carry a discount of their own, and cannot be combined with other promotions except where stated.
- Where FrogCoin can be spent
- Until 31 December 2026 the discount codes you get with FrogCoin work across the whole catalogue, games already on sale included. From 1 January 2027 they will work only on full-price games. By “full price” we mean a game that does not already carry a discount of its own: the VIP discount you see in your cart does not count, because it is yours and not an offer on the game.
- If you are already VIP and you renew
- The new plan starts when the current one expires; it does not stack and does not replace it earlier. Until then the terms of your current plan remain in force; from the changeover onwards the terms shown on this page apply, which may be different.
