We are preparing shipments and aligning January arrivals, so as to keep everything under control and communicate effectively. Simple and transparent. If anything changes, you'll find the latest updates here.

📦 Available since yesterday afternoon
Arnak's Legendary Chest has finally been available since yesterday afternoon . The games have all been prepared and you will surely have received the notification by email.
Shipments: will leave on Monday .
🔎 Practical advice
If you have an order that includes Arnak and want to check dates or other pre-orders in the same cart, The pre-order page is always the quickest way: just search for the title and you'll immediately see the situation.
🪙 5 new VIP offers redeemable with FrogCoins (until January 16, 2026)
👑 Offers dedicated to VIPs
Starting today, you can find 5 new VIP offers in the FrogCoin section, active until January 16, 2026 inclusive. Since FrogCoins are always increasing, we have also included higher value games.
Which games? It's easiest to see them directly on the site, in the FrogCoin section.
🧾 What changes (clearer and more "fair" management)
From now on the codes can be redeemed until the indicated date (in this case 16/01 ), but they will have to be used by the end of the month (January). At the end of the month the codes will be removed and any unused FrogCoins will be returned . This way we can better manage quantities and guarantee you a more orderly promotion.
📦 What if a game ends during the month?
No problem: if we are still within the month, the game will be reordered (unless out of stock from the supplier/publisher, in that case unfortunately we cannot intervene).
🚚 Very important: enter it in an order
We always remember that the codes must be inserted within an order , otherwise the system automatically calculates shipping costs.
📌 "I'm putting aside" during offers: what changes
💚 We've always done it willingly (but now we have to change the rules)
During the bidding process, we often received requests like: “Can you put it aside for me?” We have always done it with pleasure , because we know how convenient it can be. However, for various organizational reasons (and to keep the offers manageable and fair for everyone), from now on it will no longer be possible to put aside the games on offer .
✅ Stay active for games NOT on sale (until the end of June)
The “set aside” service remains active for all games not on offer . We will keep it available until the end of June 2026 and at that point we will evaluate whether to continue.
Objective: Maintain maximum flexibility wherever possible, without complicating offer management.
