What are Bone Wars?

In the heart of the 19th century, two real-life paleontologists— Edward Cope and Othniel Marsh —declared war. But not with swords or guns. With hoes, scientific papers, bribery, and... fossil underhandedness . Bone Wars tells the story of an obsessive race to discover the rarest and most impressive prehistoric species, amidst sabotage, theft, and excavation mischief.

⚖️ How to play?

In Bone Wars , you'll be one of the paleontologists (official or... independent) working in the shadow of the two titans of science. You'll have to:

• Use action cards cleverly, placing them under your board to activate excavation teams or your science staff .
• Discover fossils , publish articles , disprove theories and above all gain recognition .
• Balancing between field play and academic struggle , knowing that every move can bring you glory... or enmity.

A mix of resource management, planned actions and bluffing , where the line between ethics and ambition becomes blurred with every turn.
